1. Enquiry service only

This website helps families contact Sree Rama Medical & Generals to ask about prescribed oncology and specialty medicine availability. A search result, WhatsApp message, form submission, price indication, or phone conversation is not an order, reservation, approval, or guarantee of supply.

2. Prescription requirement

Regulated prescription medicines are supplied only after valid prescription verification and subject to availability, pharmacy rules, and applicable law. We do not provide diagnosis, treatment recommendations, medicine substitutions, or emergency medical care. Speak with the treating doctor or emergency service for medical decisions.

3. Information supplied by you

You must provide accurate information and must have authority to provide another person’s information. Do not send unnecessary medical reports, identity documents, passwords, OTPs, or payment credentials through this website or WhatsApp.

4. Pricing, billing, and payment safety

Any price or availability information is subject to confirmation. Do not pay a person, account, QR code, or link unless the payment instruction has been independently confirmed with the pharmacy through the published branch number. A payment screenshot is not proof of settlement. A medicine will not be treated as paid or released until the pharmacy has reconciled the payment through its authorised process.

5. Delivery and collection

Delivery is available only in areas and under conditions confirmed by the pharmacy. Delivery timing may change due to availability, prescription verification, storage requirements, courier limits, or events outside our control. Check the medicine name, strength, batch, expiry, packaging, and invoice immediately on receipt.

6. Prohibited use

You must not use the website for unlawful activity, false orders, harassment, automated abuse, credential collection, payment fraud, resale without authorisation, or attempts to bypass prescription or safety checks. We may refuse or hold an enquiry where fraud, safety, or legal concerns exist.

7. External services

WhatsApp, hosting, forms, delivery, and any payment service may have their own terms and privacy notices. We are not responsible for the independent operation of those services. Any payment gateway will remain disabled until it is configured, reviewed, and legally permitted for the intended use.

8. Website availability

We aim to keep the website available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, complete medicine listings, or error-free information. We may change, suspend, or remove website features.
